Beaphar’s Business Manager is Sue Huggett. Sue co-ordinates everyone, ensures everyone is happy in their work and that the customer is truly wowed by the service provided. Below you will find a bit of background information about the great little set up we have at Beaphar UK and the many experts we are proud to employ. Beaphar UK came into existence in 1994 when Beaphar took over the British firm Sherley’s. Then in 2007 Beaphar bought Sinclair Ltd and both UK sales teams were merged and in doing so became the biggest sales force in the pet market, for the UK.

We have a terrific UK based Customer Care Team that works tirelessly to ensure retailers orders are processed without hiccups and pet owner enquiries are answered. Our Customer Care Team handle every enquiry with the utmost importance. They are commited to getting back to you with an answer the same day and if they can not they will contact you and tell you that they are still looking into it for you. We are also very proud to have a Training Officer that looks after retailers’ training needs in turn helping to educate the dog and cat owners on the many benefits of worming. Jane Austin, who is a very loyal serving member of the team, visits retailers and with her enthusiastic personality and bundles of experience conducts in-store training. Jane is that rare breed of human being that really makes you want to listen and take in what she has to say.
